Gaspar Marques is a highly experienced professional in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as the Azule Energy Production Forecasting Senior Advisor since December 2022. Prior to this role, Gaspar held various positions at bp, including Reservoir Engineer for Production & Operations, and Lead Function Production & Performance, contributing significantly to regional production support. Gaspar's extensive background includes a tenure at ExxonMobil where key responsibilities involved leading petroleum and reservoir engineering efforts for Kizomba A, C, and B Assets. Additionally, Gaspar served as a university lecturer in Fluid Mechanics and worked as a Maintenance Engineer for Petromar Lda. Gaspar holds an MSc in Project Management from Lancaster University and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from both the University of Aberdeen and Universidade Agostinho Neto.
