Bilal Zenasni has extensive experience in procurement and purchasing roles, working for various companies in the luxury and retail industries. Bilal began their career at Makao, where they served as a Procurement & Production Assistant, managing sourcing, negotiations, and quality control for luxury packaging. Bilal then worked as a Business Developer for the Delegation Generale du Quebec in Paris, assisting Quebec enterprises with their growth and export sales in the French market. Bilal later became a Buyer at Galeries Lafayette - LE BHV MARAIS and Vilebrequin, where they managed supplier portfolios and conducted sales analysis and negotiations. Bilal also served as a Buyer for Christian Dior Couture, where they implemented process improvements and managed strategic relationships with suppliers in the Fine Jewelry Purchasing & Production department. Prior to their current role as Regional Head of Purchasing at Azumi Restaurant Group, Bilal worked as a Regional Procurement Manager for GL events, overseeing procurement activities for the company.

Bilal Zenasni obtained their high school diploma in Economics and Social Sciences from Aristide Briand in 2010. Bilal then went on to earn an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Université de Rouen between 2010 and 2012. In 2014, Bilal obtained a master's degree in International Business Management with a specialization in Procurement from OMNES Education. Bilal also received a certification in "Thesis on the Culture of Innovation" from the European Institute for Creative Strategies & Innovation in October 2014.
