Rosanna Philippe has a wealth of experience in the culinary industry, starting as a Sous Chef at Roka Charlotte Street in 2007 before moving on to become Head Chef at Aurelia in 2011. Rosanna then held the position of Head Chef at ZUMA and eventually became Group Purchasing Manager at Azumi Ltd in 2014. Rosanna received their education from Westland High School and Tai Poutini Polytechnic.
