Yamila Crigna

Yamila Crigna has extensive experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Yamila is currently working as a Senior IT Recruiter at Azumo, starting in April 2022. Previously, they worked at Accenture for several roles including Recruiting Senior Analyst, HR Partner Senior Analyst, Field HR Analyst, Performance Management Analyst, Talent Architecture Analyst, and AEE Learning and Talent Development Solutions Analyst. During their time at Accenture, they were responsible for various tasks such as providing coaching and guidance to employees, supporting the talent acquisition process, and assisting in performance management. Prior to Accenture, they worked at DIA Group as a Recruiting and Learning Junior Analyst, where they were involved in organizational chart development and job description management. Yamila also gained experience as an Enterprise Support HR Services Trainee at Unilever, where they focused on developing induction material and conducting communication campaigns.
