Mohammad Ali

Mohammad Ali has a wealth of experience in the software engineering and payments industries. In 2019, they were appointed as Head of Engineering at Azupay Ltd, where they are responsible for the real-time payments and Consumer to Business payment solution. Prior to this, they were a Software Engineer at Qantas. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Application Architect at Azuron Ltd, where they worked on numerous projects across the government and energy sectors to deliver complex web applications. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Senior Software Engineer at AMP. From 2007 to 2015, they held the role of Senior Manager at Macquarie Bank. Finally, from 2005 to 2007, they were a Middleware Specialist at Nestlé.

Mohammad Ali attended Western Sydney University from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a B. Information Technology with a field of study in Software Development. Mohammad also holds two certifications from IBM and Oracle, respectively, as an IBM Certified Administrator for WebSphere MQ and an Oracle Certified Professional in Java 6.
