 Aurel Ficiu

Aurel Ficiu has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2006 as a Freelancer in UI/UX Design, they then moved on to Club D'or from 2009 to 2010 as a UI Designer and Graphic Designer. From 2010 to 2017, Aurel worked at ZorileToys SRL as a Senior Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer. In 2017, they joined London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) as a macOS IT Support, where they implemented macOS Server, AutoPKG, and Munki. In 2019, they joined GUS SERVICES UK LIMITED as a Mac System Support Engineer, providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line of support. Currently, Aurel is working at Azur Group as a 1st & 2nd Line Support Engineer.

Aurel Ficiu obtained a BTEC Level 5, HND in Graphic Design from the London College of Contemporary Arts between 2016 and 2018.  Aurel also holds certifications from Jamf, Okta, LinkedIn, and ITIL, which they obtained in October 2022, September 2021, August 2021, and July 2021, respectively.
