Sayyada Meghjee

Sayyada Meghjee has been working in the IT industry since 2011. Sayyada began their career as a Customer Advisor at Avon in 2011, where they developed customer satisfaction and confidence whilst conversing with customers over the phone. In 2012, they moved to Microlease as an IT Operations Administrator, where they developed skills in Windows XP, Vista, and 7, Microsoft Office 2010, and Microsoft Visio. Sayyada also carried out inventory audit and hardware upgrades, and was able to carry out basic system administration in active directory and sharing knowledge of network architecture. Also in 2012, Sayyada began working as a Teaching Assistant at Kumon Educational UK, where they supported and encouraged children to work on Maths and English, and developed confidence skills by conversing with parents regarding their child's achievements. In 2016, Sayyada started working as a Sales Consultant at Next Ltd, providing excellent customer service by advising customers on products that are suitable for them, acknowledging and interacting with customers by welcoming them into the store with a warm smile and greeting, and replenishing and recovering stock on the shop floor. In 2017, they moved to Logicalis UK as a Helpdesk Analyst. In 2019, they began working as a Junior Salesforce Developer at Balance Consulting, and then moved to 4C as a Graduate Salesforce Developer. In 2021, they began working as a Salesforce Developer at Azur Group.

Sayyada Meghjee's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Computing Systems from City University London from 2013 to 2016 and A Levels in ICT, Maths, and Computing from Nower Hill Sixth Form from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant in July 2022, Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer in November 2020, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer in November 2020, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in May 2020, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in August 2019, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in May 2019, and My Trailhead Badges from Trailhead by Salesforce in July 2018.
