Wei Li is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in system engineering and optical development. Currently serving as Lead System Engineer at Azure Biosystems since April 2021, Wei Li specializes in image and data processing for advanced fluorescent imaging systems and qPCR instruments. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. System Engineer at ProteinSimple, focusing on automated western blotting systems and analytical instruments. Wei Li's tenure at KLA-Tencor involved significant contributions to the development of electron beam inspection systems, including conducting critical error studies, driving design improvements, and enhancing operational efficiency through automation and data analysis. Wei Li holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, as well as a BS in the same field from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
