Luke Allan

Luke joined Azure Capital in 2022.

Prior to joining Azure, Luke spent over three years at Ernst & Young in both the Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy and Capital and Debt Advisory teams. Luke worked on a variety of distressed corporate advisory, funding strategy, debt raisings and formal insolvency engagements.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Accounting and Finance) from Edith Cowan University and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
