Simon Price

Simon was a co-founder of Azure Capital in 2004 and was appointed Joint Managing Partner in 2019.

Simon has over 20 years of experience in corporate advisory, having undertaken M&A and financing engagements in numerous sectors including mining, oil & gas, financial services, FMCG, food and agriculture and various industrial sectors.

Simon is a qualified lawyer with prior experience with Clifford Chance in London and Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Australia.

Simon holds a Masters of Law (with First Class Honours) from the University of Cambridge, and degrees in Law (with First Class Honours) and Commerce from Bond University. He is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and is a past winner of a WA Business News “40under40” award, recognising WA’s top 40 pre-eminent business leaders under the age of 40.

Simon is the non-Executive Chairman of commercial mortgage manager Thinktank and active with several charitable organisations.
