Dave Filipucci

Dave Filipucci has over 30 years of work experience in contracts, agreements, and compliance roles. Dave is currently the Director of Contracts, Agreements, and Compliance at Azure Summit Technology since November 2022. Prior to this, Dave held the position of Director, Corporate Legal/Contracts at L3Harris Technologies from August 2019 to October 2022. Dave served as the Chief Contracts Officer at Harris Corporation from December 2015 to August 2019. Before that, Dave was the Vice President and Director of Contracts at Exelis Inc, which was later acquired by Harris Corporation, from November 2009 to December 2015. Dave also worked at ITT Corporation - Communications Systems as the Director of Contracts from February 2008 to November 2009. Dave's career started at Harris Corporation - Government Systems in 1989, where they held the role of Manager of International Contracts. Throughout their career, they have also gained experience in roles such as Sr. Manager of Contracts at General Dynamics C4 Systems, Sr. Manager of Contracts/Subcontracts at ITT Corporation - Aerospace Communications Systems, and Sr. Manager of Subcontracts at Harris Corporation - Government Systems.

Dave Filipucci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. Dave also obtained a Master of Science degree in Acquisition/Contracts from the Florida Institute of Technology. Additionally, Dave pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Concord Law School at Purdue University Global.
