Todd Czerner

Todd Czerner has a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering field. Todd currently holds a role in Engineering at Azure Summit Technology since 2020. Prior to that, Todd served as the President and CTO at TNE Communications, LLC from 2013 onwards, where they provided a broad range of wireless and satellite communications engineering services.

Before this, Todd was a Member of the Board of Directors at Family Builders, Inc. since 2004, where they provided volunteer technical expertise. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Rincon Research as a Senior Technical Strategist, specializing in FPGA-based receiver processing, DSP in software, and real-time communications-like processing.

Between 2003 and 2010, Todd held various roles at Argon ST, including Director-Level Functional Manager, Program Manager, and Principal System Engineer. Todd had clearances up to SCI level and handled strategic systems, as well as engaged in program management and business development activities.

Todd also gained experience as a Senior Engineer at Star Communications, Inc. from 1997 to 2003, where they focused on commercial telecommunications development. Todd began their engineering career at COMSAT in 1992.

Todd Czerner completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh from 1990 to 1994. Todd then pursued their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) specializing in telecommunications at The Johns Hopkins University from 1995 to 2000.
