Grace Kwak possesses extensive experience in organizational psychology, talent development, and strategic consulting. Beginning a career in higher education as Adjunct Faculty at Azusa Pacific University, Grace taught graduate-level courses in Organizational Psychology and progressed to roles such as Program Manager and Director of Communications and Programming, enhancing academic operations and brand vision. Transitioning to Kaiser Permanente, Grace served as a Senior Business Consultant and HR Strategy & Design Consultant, providing strategic insights on leadership and organizational effectiveness.
