Nigel Fung

Nigel Fung is a Transportation Designer at BA Consulting Group Ltd. since November 2015, specializing in transportation projects. Previously, Nigel served as Commissioner for the CSCE Canadian National Concrete Canoe Competition from May 2014 to May 2015, where coordination and planning were key for a major national event. As a Project Coordinator at EllisDon from May 2013 to August 2014, significant contributions were made to the York University Subway Station by improving communications and ensuring construction quality. In the role of Technical Project Manager for the University of Toronto Concrete Canoe Team from May 2013 to May 2014, Nigel led a team in structural design and fostered an inclusive environment for new engineering students. The career began as a Conservation Intern at the Ontario Power Authority in the summer of 2012, focusing on energy efficiency reporting and process improvements. Nigel holds a BASc. with Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, earned between 2010 and 2015.
