Sophie Bai

Sophie Bai is an experienced professional in the field of life sciences and entrepreneurship. In 2010, they began their career as a Researcher at Langer Lab in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Sophie then worked at The Boston Consulting Group from 2014 to 2018, first as an Associate and later as a Consultant. In 2019, Sophie worked as a Vice President in North American Private Equity at Bain Capital. In 2020, they founded PPEople First and worked as the Founder until December of the same year. Sophie also served as the Founder and CEO of B.A.I. Biosciences, Inc. starting in January 2020. Additionally, they were a Blavatnik Fellow in Life Science Entrepreneurship at Harvard University from July 2020 to June 2021.

Sophie Bai has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in International Studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Sophie also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Sophie has pursued studies in Immunology and Pharmacology at Harvard Medical School.
