B-ABLE Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organization established in 2020 in New Delhi. We are committed to empowering women and youth by creating sustainable livelihood opportunities through skill development, capacity building, knowledge sharing, and micro-entrepreneurship.

As an entity of Basix-Academy for Building Lifelong Employability Ltd. (B-ABLE Ltd.), a subsidiary of the BASIX Social Enterprise Group, we bring decades of experience in livelihood promotion and employability. Registered under 12 A, 80 G, CSR 1, ISO 9001 And ISO 14001, we have successfully implemented livelihood and skill-building programs across 21 states in India in diverse sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, construction, and retail.

Our journey began with a simple but powerful vision to bridge the unemployment gap among rural and urban youth and women from lower socio-economic backgrounds. Today, we continue to evolve as an organization delivering innovative, inclusive, and scalable employment solutions to build a ‘Prosperous Rurban Economy”.
