Dora Kuebler

Dora Kuebler has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Dora has worked for various companies, including B. Braun Group, Getinge, Actavis plc (now Allergan), Pfizer, and Richter Gedeon Nyrt./Magyarország. In their roles, they have been responsible for workforce management, HR reporting, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, succession planning, executive development, corporate learning, organizational development, performance management, HR governance, internal communication, global HR strategy, and strategic projects. Dora has also managed HR processes, employee and labor relations, recruitment and staffing, policy development, documentation, reporting and administration, and compensation and benefits. Dora has experience in international and local cooperation, M&A, and internal communication. Dora has a track record of leading complex projects and change management initiatives.

Dora then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Labor law at the University of Pécs from 2011 to 2013.
