Ellen Arts is an experienced Marketing Director currently leading marketing efforts for B. Braun Group in Belgium and the Netherlands since August 2025. Prior to this role, Ellen served in various senior marketing and leadership positions at Mölnlycke, where key achievements included leading the marketing strategy for the EMEA Wound Care division and overseeing growth across Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Ellen's career includes significant roles in companies such as Coloplast and CR Bard, focusing on marketing and business development in the healthcare sector. Academically, Ellen holds a Master's degree in Communication Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Master's in Marketing, alongside a Certificate in International Management from Vlerick Business School.
