Holger Weyhers

Holger Weyhers has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Holger is currently the Vice President Operations Europe & MEA at B. Braun Gruppe since February 2020. Before that, they served as the Vice President Manufacturing at R-Pharm from March 2015 to January 2020. Prior to this, Holger Weyhers was the Managing Director of R-Pharm Germany GmbH from October 2014 to July 2019, where they were responsible for leading the site transformation and implementing various initiatives. Holger has also held several leadership roles at Pfizer, including Site Leader / Managing Director and Director roles in Pharma Operations, Production, Manufacturing Operations, and Pharmaceutical Production. Holger started their career at Pfizer as a trainee and gained experience in various departments such as Global R&D, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs.

Holger Weyhers completed a Staatsexamen degree in Pharmacy from Kiel University between 1987 and 1991. Holger then pursued a Doctorate degree in Pharmaceutical Technology from Freie Universität Berlin from 1992 to 1996, earning the title of Dr. rer. nat.
