Montse Fernandez Soler

Montse Fernandez Soler has extensive experience in quality management, strategic purchasing, and coaching. Since 1990, Montse has been with B. Braun Group, currently serving as Head of Supplier Quality Management and SCM Global Raw Materials Head, among other roles. Additionally, Montse is involved with Awareness to Action International as a Trainer & Coach and runs coaching sessions with MonConscient. Montse has held various leadership positions involving the Enneagram both as a Member of the Board of Directors for the International Enneagram Association and currently as a Board Member for AEneagrama - IEA Spain. Academically, Montse has completed multiple degrees and certifications related to business administration, coaching, emotional intelligence, and supply chain management, showcasing a robust commitment to personal and professional development.
