Amanda Linard

Amanda Linard currently serves as the Director of Compensation at B. Braun Medical Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Director of Compensation at Getinge, contributing to the Global Total Rewards team and spearheading compensation activities in the Americas. Amanda’s extensive experience also includes leading the compensation function at Cardinal Health, where responsibilities spanned broad-based compensation and global reward programs impacting over 48,000 employees. Earlier roles include serving as a Compensation Analyst at Tween Brands, Inc. and Cardinal Health, as well as a Compensation Analyst at OhioHealth during a significant healthcare merger. Amanda possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, along with certifications in Compensation from WorldatWork and PHR from the Society for Human Resources.
