Cynthia Bauer, DPT, MBA, MS, OCS, CPHRM, is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in risk management, compliance, and physical therapy. Currently serving as the Manager II of Corporate Complaint Advocacy and Recalls at B. Braun Medical Inc., Cynthia oversees post-market surveillance efforts. In addition, Cynthia contributes to academic settings as an adjunct faculty member at Arcadia University, teaching ethical billing in physical therapy.
