Jennifer A. Prioleau

Jennifer A. Prioleau currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at B. Braun Medical Inc. since July 2021, where strategic advisory roles include oversight of legal and compliance functions, managing high-stakes litigation, transforming corporate governance, and spearheading enterprise risk management initiatives. Prior to this, Jennifer held various legal positions at HP from 2009 to 2021, including Vice President and Global Head of Legal for the Printing Division, and played a key role in M&A activities and compliance matters. Jennifer’s earlier career includes roles at Maidenform, Brinks Hofer Gilson and Lione, and CNN, blending extensive legal expertise in intellectual property with experience in media production. Jennifer received a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University. Additionally, Jennifer completed a Corporate Governance Program at The Wharton School.
