Joel Bartholomew

Joel Bartholomew has extensive experience in product development and project management within the medical device industry, spanning over three decades at B. Braun Medical Inc. Beginning in 1986, Joel held various roles including Manager of OEM/International Product Development and Research & Development Manager, focusing on designing and developing innovative medical disposable products. Since March 2012, Joel has served as Associate Director for R&D Digital Systems Integration, leading the implementation of digital systems to enhance information technology solutions within the organization. Additionally, Joel has experience as Associate Director of Product Development and managed the R&D Project Management group dedicated to launching new disposable devices, as well as assessing the feasibility of new ideas. Joel holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
