Phillip Orlik

Phillip Orlik is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales, marketing, and management within the medical devices and automation sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at B. Braun B.V. since June 2023, Phillip has held various leadership roles at B. Braun since 2009, including Vice President Sales for Western Europe in the Haemodialysis division and Vice President Marketing for Haemodialysis Systems, overseeing global product management. Prior experience includes serving as Sales and Marketing Director at Fluid Automation Systems, where key contributions were made to multiple technology sectors, and as Marketing Director at Norgren Fluid Controls, where Phillip established a global team and managed product strategy and acquisitions. Phillip holds a BA in History and German from the University of Leeds and a CIM Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Birmingham City University.
