Biff Larch is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in radio frequency and network support. Currently serving as a Radio Frequency Technician at B & C Communications since January 2023 and a General Manager at Cleveland Communications Inc. since February 2022, Biff also holds the position of Manufacturing Technician at L3Harris Technologies since September 2020. Previous roles include Network and RF Specialist at Rocky Mountain Communications and various positions as a Computer Support Analyst and Computer Analyst with Artech Information Systems and CDI Talent & Technology Solutions, respectively. We sell, design, install, and service quality Motorola wireless communication solutions for public safety including state, county & local government entities, as well as healthcare, education, manufacturing, construction, agriculture and service industries. B & C Communications is an Ohio corporation that was formed in November of 1963 in Washington Court House, Ohio. B & C Communications is a Motorola Solutions Platinum Channel Partner, Safety Reimagined Badged Partner as well as an Elite Service Channel Partner. Our service area consists of 31 counties in the State of Ohio, 8 counties in Kentucky and 4 counties in West Virginia. Each of our facilities is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art test equipment and service aids. Our technical service staff averages over 15 years of experience each in two-way radio service. With a fleet of 22 fully equipped service vans and 10 installation vehicles, we can provide complete field support as well as 24 hour/7 day response via an on-call technician at each facility. Our diverse customer base has given our staff exposure to a wide variety of equipment and customer requirements. Our experience level with installation and maintenance covers Motorola products such as Gold Elite consoles, Moscad, Mobile Data, Analog & Astro Digital trunking systems and Canopy. Other product experience includes Whelen outdoor warning sirens, Data Radio mobile data systems and Montgomery Technology computerized door control systems.
