Carl Lee Tolbert

Carl Lee Tolbert, Ph.D., serves as the Vice President of Engineering at B & D Industrial, where Carl Lee has held various engineering management roles since March 2004. In addition to this position, Tolbert is currently a Research Scholar at the Ronin Institute, an organization dedicated to fostering a community grounded in truth and empathy. Tolbert's prior experience includes roles at AutomationDirect, Birmingham Steel Corp., Kennametal, GE Advanced Ceramics, and the US Navy, contributing significant expertise in engineering and maintenance operations. Academically, Tolbert holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University, alongside multiple degrees and certificates in engineering, technology, space studies, digital marketing, and economics.
