Miguel Duran

Miguel Duran has been a part of the B&D family for over 20 years. He grew up in Bernalillo, NM, and took on his first role at B&D, working as a shop boy for the summer in 1997.

Five years later, Miguel was hired on as a Data technician. He later became a Project Manager and was soon promoted to Area Manager, where he gained 13 years of experience before taking on his current role as the Director of Construction.

Day to day, Miguel oversees Management, administrative, and support staff of an Area. His dedication helps to cultivate a team that achieves and focuses on the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals.
