Joseph A. Fleming

Joseph A. Fleming, CFA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer at B.E. Blank & Company since November 2018. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Al. Neyer from 2015 to 2018, focusing on project structuring and capitalization as the company expanded into new markets. Joseph's experience includes senior financial leadership roles at SK Research, LLC as Senior Vice President, and at Phillips Edison & Company as Vice President of Finance for two publicly registered non-traded REITs. Additionally, Joseph worked as Vice President of Finance at Retail Properties of America, Inc. and began a career as a Senior Associate at PwC. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Notre Dame.
