Russell Williams

Russell Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various fields. Since January 2019, Russell has served as a Mailroom Specialist at B. F. Saul Company. Concurrently, Russell is a High School Basketball Referee for the Golden Triangle Basketball Association and has been officiating since March 2012. Additionally, Russell has been an Umpire for USA Softball since June 2008 and acts as Head Linesman for the Washington District High School Football Referee program since August 2013. Previous roles include a Distribution/Conference Coordinator at ICF International from January 2012 to January 2019, a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service from June 1998 to June 2008, a Police Officer for the Department of Defense from March 1996 to May 1998, and a Training Specialist in the United States Air Force from August 1985 to November 1991. Russell holds a High School Diploma from Walbrook Senior High and completed training at the US Air Force Ncoic Technical School from 1988 to 1989.
