Natchapon Padungkittimal

Natchapon Padungkittimal serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Legal/Renewable Business Development for North Asia+ at B.GRIMM since January 2018. Prior to this role, Natchapon was a Counsel at Clifford Chance (Thailand) Limited from April 2010 to December 2017, where responsibilities included advising clients on project financing and drafting various agreements related to infrastructure projects. Natchapon's legal career began as an Associate at Chandler and Thong-ek Law Offices Ltd. from November 2002 to April 2010, focusing on project financing for power plants and representing syndication lenders. Natchapon holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Chulalongkorn University.
