Lazaro Carbajales

Lazaro Carbajales serves as the Southeast Florida Regional Manager for B & I Contractors Inc. since December 2014, leading East Coast operations, ensuring alignment with industry practices and organizational goals. With extensive experience spanning various sectors, Lazaro has successfully completed numerous high-profile projects, including luxury hotels, condominiums, commercial buildings, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and government projects. Previously, Lazaro held key roles at A & M Mechanical Contractors, Inc. from September 1995 to November 2014, overseeing construction operations and managing project execution. Lazaro holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University and is actively involved in professional associations such as ASHRAE and the USGBC South Florida Chapter.
