Pat began with Teachout Security in February 2013 as a security officer. In July 2014, Pat was promoted to McLaren Bay City Security Manager. In this role, Pat participated in two Joint Commission surveys contributing to zero non-compliance issues in the Security Department. Pat was again promoted to Saginaw Branch Manager in January 2018.
