Osama al-Ghoraib

Osama Al-Ghoraib currently serves as Operations Manager at BLME since March 2023, overseeing Asset Accounts Under Management across various real estate funds, including freehold and leasehold properties. Prior to this role, Osama held the position of Chief Accountant in the Real Estate Department at MEFIC Capital from September 2020 to February 2023, managing approximately SAR 3 billion in assets across multiple fund types. Osama's extensive accounting experience includes roles as Chief Accountant at Dtech Factory and Design and Build, Senior Accountant at Wallan Trading Company, and Accountant at both Nasser Contracting Est. and ANMAT for Consulting Engineering. Osama's career began with a trainee position at Information Training Center in 2010. Osama holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Mansoura University, completed between 2006 and 2010.
