Pierre-Yves Ratel is an experienced professional in executive search and interim management, currently serving as Partner at Mind Partners France since May 2015. In November 2023, Pierre-Yves took on the role of Secrétaire général with NOUS SOMMES VIVANTS, focusing on business development and regenerative partnerships, while also representing the "Regen Ecosystem." As a co-founder of WeRegen, Pierre-Yves is committed to ecological and social regeneration through recruitment services. Since March 2022, Pierre-Yves has been affiliated as a B Leader Advisor with B Lab Switzerland. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Lynks Partner and other recruitment firms, as well as a background in human resources. Pierre-Yves holds a Master of Arts in International Business and a Certificat d'Ingénieur d'Affaires in information technologies.
