James Fennell

James Fennell is a seasoned technical trainer with extensive experience in the telecommunications and training sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Trainer at B-Lynk, LLC since November 2014, James coordinates training schedules and provides instruction for end users and system administrators nationwide. As a Business Analyst and Trainer at TEKsystems since January 2012, James focuses on call flow documentation and training, while also helping State Farm agencies optimize their new VOIP phone systems. James is the founder of Leaders in the Professional Training Arena in Lakeland, Florida, actively engaging in networking and industry research. Previous roles include Technical Trainer at Avaya Government Solutions and Trainer and Field Service Engineer at Teltronics, where James developed training programs and product validation strategies.
