Sophia then joined Randex Communications as a Junior Publicist in 2003, where they coordinated media interviews and supported the President in various planning activities.
From 2006 to 2014, Sophia served as the Office Manager at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., overseeing the operations and management of the Princeton office. Currently, Sophia is the Chief Operating Officer of B Positive Plasma, a company they co-founded in 2010. In this role, they are involved in strategic planning, finance, legal, and the overall operation of the organization. Sophia also oversees a team responsible for various functions such as operations, human resources, marketing, and plasma collection.
