Alistair Ross

Alistair Ross currently serves as SVP & Partner of Executive Search and Interim Management at B. Riley Farber, a financial and business advisory firm, since August 2023. Previously, Alistair held the position of SVP for North America at La Fosse Associates, a recruitment and executive search firm, from September 2019 to August 2023, where leadership of the North American team focused on C-Level searches for Private Equity clients. Alistair also contributed as Director of Client Success and Network Sales Program Lead at Business Talent Group from February 2011 to September 2019, where the development of the Network Sales Program facilitated engagements across various industries. Early career experiences include independent consulting and business development management at Evolution International and Sersia France, respectively. Alistair holds an MSc in Marketing from University College Dublin and a Higher Diploma in Management and Marketing along with a BA in Economics from University College Cork.
