Miriam Semrau

Miriam Semrau has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Miriam started their career with Procter & Gamble in 1998, working in various finance roles with a focus on tax planning, global forecasting, financial analysis, and post-merger acquisition. Miriam then moved on to ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, where they served as SVP Controlling Ventures/Music/Licensing, leading the controlling department and building a successful venture portfolio.

After their time at ProSiebenSat.1, Miriam joined maxdome GmbH as CFO, where they played a crucial role in re-establishing business intelligence and successfully managing business growth during the market entry of Netflix. Miriam then joined Bode Chemie GmbH as CFO Global Disinfection Business, where they were responsible for multiple departments and held financial responsibility for the global disinfection business.

Miriam took a business sabbatical in 2019 to write a crime fiction book, which was published under the title "Nervenkitzel." Following their sabbatical, they worked as Interim Chief Financial Officer at both JuwelKerze JewelCandle GmbH and STM Holding, where they focused on financial analysis, planning, and process improvement.

Most recently, Miriam joined Berner Trading Holding GmbH as CFO Region North, overseeing financial operations in that region. Miriam is currently the Head of Operations at b.telligent.

Throughout their career, Miriam has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, business development, and management, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Miriam Semrau completed their education from 1992 to 1998 at Kiel University. During this time, they earned a Diplom degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
