Todd LaMothe is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at b.well Connected Health, Todd previously held the position of Sr Engineering Manager at Paradigm, where leadership of engineering, QA/SDET, and data migrations teams resulted in improved throughput and release quality. As Vice President of Engineering at Union Street Media, Todd initiated company-wide initiatives to enhance software engineering practices and transformed an aging SaaS platform into a valuable asset. With previous roles at Allscripts, Green Mountain Power, IDX Systems, Synergy Software Technologies, and InnoSoft Inc, Todd has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing development teams and driving technical excellence.
