Katiuscia Pelerin (Kitty)

Katiuscia "Kitty" Pelerin, Ph.D., currently serves as a Web Design Expert at B12 since December 2017. Previously, Katiuscia was a WDI Fellow in the NYC Tech Talent Pipeline Program at General Assembly in 2017. Katiuscia held various academic positions, including Instructor at the University at Albany from August 2004 to June 2014, Adjunct Instructor in the Department of American Studies at the College of Saint Rose in 2006, and Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Fellow at the University at Albany from 2001 to 2004. Katiuscia began academic roles as an Undergraduate Assistant at Hofstra University from September 1996 to May 2000. Katiuscia holds a Ph.D. in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the University at Albany, an MA in the same field from the State University of New York at Albany, and a BA in Political Science and Government from Hofstra University. Additionally, Katiuscia obtained Front End Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in 2016.
