Christian Lyche

Christian Lyche is currently the Head of Group HR at B2 Impact, where Christian is responsible for the company's people & culture strategy and serves as the Operational HR Manager for Norway and Luxembourg. Prior to this, Christian worked at Yara International as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing recruitment strategies and policies globally. Christian also has experience as an HR advisor/HRBP at the Norwegian Armed Forces and as a Staff Officer at ISAF in Afghanistan. With a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership and Economics, Christian has a strong educational background in business and human resources management.
