Ganna Karachyntseva

Ganna Karachyntseva started their career in 2007 as a Senior economist/ Analyst at PAO "Dongorbank", where they were responsible for banking business processes automation and documenting new business processes. Ganna then worked as a Senior economist/ Analyst at PJSC "Ukrainian National Development Bank" from 2011 to 2012, where they managed projects on banking business processes automation and created technical tasks for the IT department.

From 2012 to 2015, Ganna worked as a Lead economist/ Analyst at PJSC "First Ukrainian International Bank", where they participated in projects on bank migration to a new bank core system, developed the bank's business processes and documentation, and created technical tasks for the IT department.

In 2015, Ganna joined Luxoft as a Product Owner/ Project Manager, leading a team of 30 developers and 3 BAs in the domain of market risk management and investment banking. Ganna also worked with a wider offshore development and QA team and collaborated with IT and business stakeholders from Deutsche Bank.

In 2018, Ganna joined B2B Soft as a Senior Business Analyst/ Proxy Product Owner, where they served as the product owner for the Reporting and Performance management stream of the POS system. Ganna focused on developing the product strategy, customizing the platform for individual customer needs, and maintaining a coherent product vision.

Currently, Ganna is working at EPAM Systems as a Business Analyst Lead, starting in September 2019.

Ganna Karachyntseva completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Donetsk State Technical University from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Finance from the International University of Finance in Kyiv, Ukraine from 2004 to 2006.
