Stas Gelimbatovsky

Stas Gelimbatovsky has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Stas started their career at PwC Ukraine as a Service Desk Specialist from June 2012 to May 2015.

In 2016, Stas joined B2B Soft as a Support Specialist, providing direct customer support. In January 2018, they transitioned to the role of Technical Operations Specialist, where they acted as a liaison between support, development team, and partner representatives. Stas'sresponsibilities included resolving tickets that required backend assistance and creating requirements for improvement based on feedback from customers and partners.

Currently, Stas holds the position of Business Analyst at B2B Soft since January 2021. Stas works closely with the product team, creating technical requirements for the development team. Stas has also been involved in a significant project, the Zoho integration, to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to customer service operations.

Stas Gelimbatovsky earned a Master's degree in Economics from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE), completing their studies from 2006 to 2011.
