Laura Gaffney has extensive experience in client success management and operations. At B2E Solutions, Laura is the VP of Client Success Management and VP of Operations. Prior to that, Laura worked at Ceridian as a Strategic Account Executive, Enterprise Account Executive, and Account Executive, managing large client portfolios. Laura also has experience as an Implementation Rep, where Laura implemented new business and migrated clients to new products/services. At Elan Payroll Services, Laura worked as a Payroll Lead. Laura has a strong background in project management, database and software report writing, and understanding of various outsourced and in-house systems.
