Elizabeth Thampy

Elizabeth Thampy has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Elizabeth recently served as the Director of Legal at B2Gold Corp., starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they were the General Counsel at Wildpack Beverage from January 2022 to July 2023. From May 2014 to June 2021, they worked at Endeavour Mining Corporation as a Senior Corporate Legal Counsel, where they were responsible for various legal matters including M&A, securities compliance, debt financing, and corporate governance. Additionally, they worked as a Lawyer at Stikeman Elliott LLP from September 2006 to July 2013, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Elizabeth Thampy has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of British Columbia, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Elizabeth then pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law at the University of Windsor from 2003 to 2006. During their time at the University of Windsor, they also took part in an exchange program at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in 2005, where they studied Law.
