Pegah Khosravi Nia currently serves as a Decarbonization Engineer at B2Gold Corp. since October 2023. Previously, Pegah held roles as a Research Associate focusing on sustainability and climate change at UBC Sauder School of Business and worked as an Exam Invigilator at The University of British Columbia from October 2022 to October 2023. As a Graduate Research Assistant in Mining Engineering and a Teaching Assistant for Modeling and Simulation and Engineering Economics at The University of British Columbia from September 2021 to October 2023, Pegah engaged in various academic support roles. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Analyst at IROST, where Pegah designed hydroponic systems and conducted experiments on plasma-activated water, and as a Data Analyst at Iran Khodro. Pegah is pursuing a Master of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering at The University of British Columbia, building on a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering of Biosystems obtained from the University of Tehran.
