Janna Avezaat

Janna Avezaat has a diverse work experience in various companies. Janna started their career in 2006 as a marketing and communications intern at Koga Miyata, where they worked on outdoor promotions and organized events such as the presentation of the Kimera bike for the Olympics. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an event manager at Fries Museum. Janna then became a self-employed entrepreneur at J-Creative from 2011 to 2013. Janna joined Fries Museum again in 2010, working as a project manager for the MUSE program and later as a marketing and communication specialist. Janna joined B2S in 2013 and held various roles including project manager, creative manager, brand manager, and currently serves as the creative director, responsible for the creative, marketing, and artist departments.

Janna Avezaat began their education in 1999 at Drachtster Lyceum, where they pursued their Havo degree in Cultuur & Maatschappij until 2004. Following their graduation, they attended NHL Hogeschool from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication. In 2009, they continued their studies at the University of Groningen and obtained their Propedeuse in Kunstgeschiedenis by 2010. Janna Avezaat then pursued a Premaster & Master's degree in Kunst, Cultuur & Media (KCM) at the University of Groningen, completing their education in 2013.
