Gilberto Narciso

Gilberto Narciso is an experienced administrative manager with a focus on project management and client relations. Currently serving as a project manager at B2X Care Solutions since 2023, they previously held the role of coordinator at GI Group BPO for Samsung Service Tracking from 2021 to 2023. Gilberto has also been a general manager at B2X and has extensive experience in retail account management from their time at Vivo between 2004 and 2011.
