Prior leadership includes Director of Business Development at CTDI from September 2020 to October 2022, where Simon focused on innovative solutions for the communications industry, and Group Managing Director at Redeem Group for 17 years, where responsibilities included strategic restructuring and enhancing commercial performance across global markets.
